Groomapalooza 2009 : Julie Hydro brought her family to Southern California and treated folks from the Zim Cocker Spaniel forum to a day-long grooming seminar: Groomapalooza 2009. Hosted by Becky and Mark Hall, it was a fun day of socializing, learning and learning some more. I attempted to chronicle some of the grooming lessons with the camera, and snuck in a couple of candids while I was at it. And Flat Ollie flew down from his visit in Canada to make a visit, as well!

Animal Reiki Class October 2009 : Lea Alexander (of Animal Heartstrings) and Laurel Baker (of Laurel B Reiki) are two accomplished Reiki Masters and Teachers. They brought their popular Animal Reiki Class series to San Diego and asked DogBreedz.net to capture some images for their marketing use. The night before the three-day class began, they presented an "Introduction to Animal Reiki" class at the San Diego Humane Society. Those images are included as well. Enjoy!
